These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bullseye mobile application, website (bullseyepay.io), and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service
Bullseye provides a QR code-based payment platform that allows users to:
-Create and fund a digital wallet
-Make payments by scanning QR codes
-Receive payments through QR codes
-Transfer funds between Bullseye users
-Pay bills and merchants through our platform

3. Eligibility
To use Bullseye, you must:
-Be at least 18 years old
-Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
-Provide accurate and complete registration information
-Be a resident in a country where our Service is available
-Not be prohibited from using financial services by any applicable law

4. Account Registration and Security
4.1 Account Creation
You must register for an account and provide complete and accurate information. You may only maintain one Bullseye account.
4.2 Security
You are responsible for:
-Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
-All activities that occur under your account
-Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account
-Ensuring you log out at the end of each session

5. Wallet Services
5.1 Funding Your Wallet
You may fund your Bullseye wallet through:
-Bank transfers
-Debit/credit card payments
-Other payment methods we may support

5.2 Wallet Balance
-Funds in your wallet do not earn interest
-We may impose limits on wallet balances and transactions
-All transactions are final and cannot be reversed, except as required by law
5.3 No Insured Status
Bullseye wallet balances are not insured by the FDIC or any other deposit insurance program.

6. Fees
-We may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to:
-Wallet funding transactions
-Withdrawal transactions
-Premium features
-Account inactivity
All fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Service for:
-Illegal activities or transactions
-Money laundering or terrorist financing
-Fraudulent activities
-Evading legal or regulatory requirements
-Harassment or abuse of other users
-Attempting to compromise our security systems
-Commercial use without our express permission

8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Bullseye and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
-Violation of these Terms
-Suspicious or fraudulent activity
-Legal or regulatory requirements
-Extended account inactivity

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BULLSEYE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
